Benefit Provision
Holidays 23 days rising to 25 days in the holiday year following 2nd anniversary with the company in addition to 8 statutory days (pro-rated for part-time employees).
Applicable to all staff
Life Assurance 2 times total earnings - cover for all staff up to age 75 on the insurance policy - self insurance after. Applicable to all staff from day 1 of employment.
Pension Scheme Stakeholder pension scheme - employer contributions as follows:
Management: 5% matched contribution - company's available from day 1 of joining
Staff: 4% matched contribution - 12 months service required before eligible to receive company contribution
All Employee Car Loan Scheme (NELS) The opportunity to lease one Mercedes-Benz vehicle and one smart model at advantageous monthly rates following satisfactory completion of six months probationary employment. Insurance and fuel not included.
Private Medical Insurance Applicable to Department Management level employees (and above) from day 1 of employment. Company paid cover for employees and full family. Excess applicable. Medical history disregarded for employee, dependants underwritten.
